Flashback

Hooray! I'm excited because we got a CD of pictures in the mail last week from Alycia (Tyler's sister). They're all the pictures she took over the Thanksgiving holiday when they were here. I like them so much that even though it's going back a couple of months, I'm still going to post them. So here's a little holiday flashback for you! (Warning: this post is really long! Alycia took so many good pictures that I couldn't not post them...)
Reuniting the twin cousins. :)
They played so cute next to each other. Except when Ashton kept trying to take Carter's toys. That made Carter sad.
Eating the yummy Thanksgiving dinner. Mmm...
One great thing about Thanksgiving: we got to talk to Tyler's brother, Royce. Since he's on his mission in Argentina, he usually only gets to call home on Christmas Day. But, since his whole family was home for Thanksgiving (and wouldn't be for Christmas), he got permission to call on Thanksgiving! We were all very happy to talk to him.
Ashton was happy, too, even if he didn't quite understand why.
After Thanksgiving was Fake Christmas! For some reason, on Fake Christmas Eve, we were exhaused. We ended up falling asleep all at the same time. I'm SO glad Alycia thought to take a picture. It's probably my favorite one.

Playing with Carter on Fake Christmas Eve.
Checking out the gifts under the tree.
Ashton's first Christmas outfit, thanks to Alycia.
Opening the presents on Fake Christmas morning.
I love Becky's little baby train!
Reading Royce's Christmas letter from Argentina.
After Fake Christmas morning, it was time for some Fake Christmas service. We went over to Tyler's Grandma and Grandpa Hinton's house to rake the leaves in their humongous yard. Then we stayed and watched the big BYU football game--hence we were all dressed in our BYU clothes. Alycia took some cute pics of the boys in the grass. At first, Ashton (at the top) was not too happy about that idea. :)
The littlest Cougar fan.
Becky, enjoying her "twins."
While everyone else was out raking leaves, we were inside helping Grandma Hinton decorate for Christmas. Here she is putting her Wise Men up on the mural wall.
Another important day over the weekend was Family Picture Day! Alycia is so talented, and SO patient, even though we were all freezing and couldn't make up our minds what we wanted to do. Here are just a few of our favorites. (Hint: there are already two of our favorites displayed in the side bar to your right!)
And here's the whole good-looking bunch!
These are some cute pictures Alycia took at the request of her Dad. He wanted to get a sweatshirt for Becky for (real) Christmas, and he wanted a picture of all the grandbabies to put on it. She tried to take pictures of them all together, but it wasn't working, so she decided to do them individually and use the magic of Photoshop. (Thank Heaven for Photoshop!) Here are some cute ones of Ashton:
He still wasn't so good at sitting up--hence my hand invading the picture. Poor kid must have tumbled over a dozen times for the sake of these pictures. :)
This is the final product, and what is now on Grandma Becky's shirt. So cute!
What fun memories. Hooray! Thanks Alycia!!!
