My First Easter

Easter Sunday was a fun day--the first time Ashton has ever experienced Easter! We went to be with Tyler's family, and we had a great time. First we opened our Easter baskets. One for Tyler and me:

And one for Ashton:
Checking out the basket.
I think he was pretty excited about it, because then he went on a little search and destroy mission through the whole basket.
He loved his Snoopy Easter egg book.
And then he ripped the pop-up Lucy out! Honestly, we should have seen it coming.
Poor Lucy. Like I said, search and destroy.
What a mess he made!
Ashton's Great-Grandma Hall came to visit and watch all the fun.
Then it was time for coloring eggs and watching General Conference! Two excellent activites that are even more excellent when done simultaneously.
(You can see Conference on TV in the background...haha!)
And what do you suppose those boys are laughing about? Kyle's eggs...
Eww. Typical 19-year-old male behavior. Mine was much nicer.
What beautiful eggs!
In between sessions we played the Wii with Kyle and Bryant.
Ashton thought he was playing, too.
Even Grandpa Carlton joined the game.
And, of course, we all enjoyed a yummy ham dinner! Except Ashton, who enjoyed baby food instead. :)
Happy Easter everybody!!!
