Today the lake looked dark and gloomy. It was actually very cool and pretty, I think. I was staring out the back door at it for so long and then I realized--I should just take a picture!
Sadly, I cannot claim to be a landscape photographer, (I think I might have used the wrong lens...) so the pictures don't do it justice. Just trust me, it was cool. I love having such a great view from our house!

I think it's very pretty! Especially if you took that from the window. The leading lines in it are perfect, it draws my eye right to the lake. ;)
