Thanksgiving Point Farm

Ashton loves animals. Especially farm animals. So Grandma Becky took us all to the Thanksgiving Point Farm. Ashton loved it and was in awe the whole time. He just stared and stared.

Ashton especially likes sheep. Every time he saw one (or something that resembled one) he pointed and said "BA!"

He also went on his first pony ride! I consented only because Tyler could walk beside him, the animals appeared to be securely restrained, and they were walking really, really slow. :) At first he wasn't sure what was going on, but then he was loving it!

At the end there's a room with farm toys. Ashton definitely enjoyed that one, too. He spent a long time putting the fruit and vegetable cards on the tree, and taking them off, and putting them in his mouth... I know, not so sanitary. Oh well, he is building immunities, I say.

On our way out through the gift shop we bought Ashton a little farm puzzle, but of course he loved the sheep Grandma got him the best!

That sheep only left his mouth for one reason: to eat a chocolate ice cream cone! It's the first one that I've let him eat all by himself. And he was LOVING it!!!

Thanks for the trip, Becky!
